Once you place an order, you will receive confirmation via email or phone. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, verification calls may be required. If the customer is unreachable or

provides incorrect details, the order may be cancelled.

We offer secure payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation (for online payments).

We try to deliver products within the estimated time. However, delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen issues. Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details to

avoid delays.

Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package for any return or replacement claim. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
