Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to deliver high quality books across all categories including WB Board, CBSE, ICSE, university, competitive exams, engineering, medical, religious books, Bengali & English storybooks, children’s activity books, and Bangladeshi storybooks. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed.

1. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. To request a cancellation, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of placing the order. Since we aim to dispatch orders quickly,
cancellation requests after shipment will not be accepted.

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
  • Cancellation requests must be made through our contact page or email
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed accordingly

2. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. You are eligible for a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective book
  • You received the wrong product

To request a return:

  • You must provide a valid unboxing video as proof
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Note: We do not accept returns after 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for online payments)
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or

other suitable methods

  • Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable unless the error is from our side

4. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect book, we offer a replacement option.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7–10 days of delivery
  • The product must be returned with original packaging and invoice
  • After verification, a new copy will be shipped to you

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
  • Items returned without proof (unboxing video)
  • Requests made after the return period

6. Important Notes
  • No claims will be accepted after 15 days from the order dispatch date
  • Customers must ensure correct shipping details while placing the order
  • We reserve the right to reject any return/refund request if conditions are not met
